Highlights

  • New DORA metrics computed from CI/CD. Point your pipeline at PanDev Metrics and Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate and MTTR are computed from real deployment events — facts about production, not merge-based estimates. Deployment list with task drill-down, failed-deploy analysis, median recovery time and GitLab history indexing included; until events arrive, the familiar merge-based mode keeps working.
  • Call analytics. Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls take their place on the activity timeline next to commits and branches. Meetings count toward the day summary and activity totals — a manager's day of calls no longer looks empty.
  • Time figures that add up. One rule for meeting presence, one definition of task time, no double counting across branches: the activity widget and the meetings widget finally agree.
  • Every token accounted for. AI usage is collected from Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity and ZCode, with token widgets from the project level all the way down to a single employee's day. Cursor tokens are counted for the first time, and Antigravity tracking works again with current builds.
  • The activity feed shows the whole day. A new "Day" scale (now the default) fits the entire day on one screen; the hour scale shows commits as cards with diff stats.
  • Google Meet call notes — opt-in, captions-based, no audio recording. The Chrome extension can read Meet's own live captions and save a meeting summary. Off by default; participants are notified in the meeting chat and can opt out with one click.
  • Attribution rules with AI Autofill. Define how task keys are extracted from branch names, MR titles and commit messages — with live coverage stats, or let your AI provider draft the rules for you.
  • Hundreds of small improvements — measured: 218 tasks closed, 360 merge requests, 1,545 commits across seven repositories since the previous release.

PanDev Metrics Core 5.11.0

New DORA metrics computed from CI/CD deployment events

  • DORA on deployment events: a token-authenticated ingest API accepts deploy events from any CI/CD; a service no longer has to coincide with a git repository, so monorepos and infrastructure deploys are covered. History import survives restarts and resumes on its own.
  • Reconciled time model: meetings and branch work follow a single set of rules, so totals match across every widget — no more phantom meeting rows or double-counted seconds.

Call analytics — meetings on the activity timeline

  • Meeting time is included in activity aggregates and the financial report; "unknown task" rows are labeled with their project instead of staying anonymous.
  • Task Flow releases are available through the API and the MCP server, so models and integrations can work with releases the same way people do.
  • Azure DevOps synchronization hardened; webhook handling audited across all integrations.

PanDev Metrics Web 2.11.0

  • DORA dashboard, production-grade: deployment list with task links, failed-deploy drill-down from the chart, median recovery time, 30/60/90-day presets, per-environment view and a guided connect section with ready-made CI snippets and an ingest log.
  • Activity feed: the new full-Day scale (default), commit cards with diffs on the hour scale, continuous branch work segments.

Token usage visible everywhere, collected from every agent

  • AI tokens everywhere: widgets on project, department (by team), task and employee-day pages; models with a small share group into "Others"; spend without a task key is attributed to its branch and project.
  • Task Flow: the redesigned task window, releases on the live API with per-status progress, a Team/Employee Gantt switch, Markdown paste that keeps formatting, and real links everywhere — every task and document opens in a new tab.
  • Documentation: instant local editing with background saving, redesigned navigation, honest offline/error states.
  • Faster and self-healing: the main page renders in 636 ms instead of 2504, and a browser tab no longer stays broken after a deploy — the app recovers on its own.
  • Quality of life: real employee photos instead of placeholders, interface section toggles per workspace, safer MCP token rotation with an explicit confirmation, updated integrations hub.

PanDev Metrics CLI 2.5.16

  • pandev login finally says what's actually wrong: a bad token, an unreachable server and a server-side error are three different messages now.
  • Install works on Homebrew 6+ and on Linux without systemd; one uninstall command removes any version cleanly — nothing resurrects afterwards.
  • The pandev cost dashboard gains budgets, a usage screen and access protection — it is no longer readable by other users of the machine.
  • Better data quality: branches survive rebases and worktrees, terminal AI agents are no longer double-counted, and line-level AI attribution ships in beta.

Chrome extension 3.3.0

  • Bug reporter: press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+1, select an area, get a screenshot and file a task right from the page — board, assignee and planned time included.
  • Google Meet call notes (opt-in): summaries built from Meet's own captions, no audio recorded; participants see a notice in the meeting chat and can disable it in one click.
  • Activity dashboard in the popup: today's time with a category breakdown and an AI section.
  • On update, Chrome will ask to approve new permissions — they power the bug reporter and the experimental actions journal.

Cursor & Antigravity plugins 2.5.0

  • Cursor: tokens are finally counted — every turn's usage is reported with the model and repository, so Cursor work shows up in AI reports.
  • Antigravity: tracking works again — rebuilt for current builds, including token counts.
  • AI events land in the correct project even when one window holds several repositories.
  • An in-IDE activity dashboard opens right from the status bar.

DBeaver plugin 1.2.0

  • Activity right in the status bar: today's time per server, with a breakdown popup on click — on par with the JetBrains plugin.
  • The interface is available in English and Russian, following DBeaver's own language setting.

Eclipse plugin 1.4.5

  • Runs on far more Eclipse installations: requirements lowered to Eclipse 2022-06+ / Java 11+, including custom Eclipse-based IDEs.
  • Telemetry can no longer interfere with the IDE: even if collection fails, Save and Build keep working.

Hundreds of small fixes — measured: 218 tasks, 360 MRs, 1,545 commits

Upgrade notes

  1. Core and Web upgrade together — the new dashboards need Core 5.11.0.
  2. Migrations: this release includes one migration numbered below your already-applied maximum — set FLYWAY_OUT_OF_ORDER=true for this one deploy and turn it back off afterwards. Two of the heavier migrations rebuild the meeting/time model, so allow a maintenance window. If the upgrade stops on a Flyway checksum mismatch, contact support before working around it.
  3. DORA ingest: to switch DORA to deployment events, add one call to your CI/CD with the ingest token from the DORA connect page. Until events arrive, metrics stay in the merge-based mode.
  4. nginx: the bundled nginx.conf changed; custom deployments with their own nginx should port the update.
  5. Chrome extension will request new permissions on update and may pause until they are approved.
  6. Google Meet notes are off by default and require the toggle on the integration card.
